Technology for the training process

Unique performance gear to improve muscle oxygenation, increase endurance and accelerate recovery

Train more. Stay available. Progress faster.

Neurodots helps players handle high training volumes, maintain performance under fatigue and return to the next load faster.

The academy's core challenge

Talent cannot develop
when the player cannot train.

A player does not develop in a single session. Development comes from thousands of quality repetitions, sprints, passes and game decisions. But with a dense schedule, the next load often starts before the body has fully recovered.

Recovery

Players need recovery resources between sessions — not only a procedure at the club.

The better the readiness, the more quality work can be done.

Our goal is not to reduce training. It is to help the player tolerate it better.LOAD → RECOVER → REPEAT
Performance under fatigue

Fatigue changes the player
before it changes the score.

The athlete can still run, but movement quality is already beginning to change. Neurodots provides continuous sensory and local mechanical stimulation during movement, helping maintain performance deeper into the load.

Comparison of recovery solutions

Why academies choose Neurodots
instead of complex recovery procedures

Neurodots requires no treatment room, machine or separate time slot. The technology is built into the gear and can stay with the player throughout the day — during training, afterwards, while travelling and at home.

Neurodots is a recovery technology that becomes part of the player's normal day.For an academy, this means not another machine or a queue for treatment, but a scalable tool: the gear can be issued to the whole group at once.

This comparison concerns the usage format and operating model, not the medical effectiveness of different methods. Actual cost depends on the selected equipment, staffing and usage pattern.

Recovery without a separate procedure

Training is over.
Recovery is not.

Most recovery tools require equipment, a procedure or a specialist. Neurodots can be worn after the load — in the changing room, while travelling, at school or at home.

The player simply puts on the gear. No booking, queue, electricity, charging or dedicated staff member.

External study: what was measured

A blinded, placebo-controlled crossover study by a sports science institute assessed dynamometry, neuromuscular response, peripheral hemodynamics, perceived exertion and muscle pain.

Game quality

Football is not a treadmill test.

At the end of a match, simply keeping moving is not enough. Players must read the field, make decisions, pass accurately and maintain coordination when the body is already fatigued.

Reaction

Speed from signal to accurate action.

Accuracy

Quality of passing and technical action under load.

Coordination

Movement stability as fatigue accumulates.

Control

Maintaining movement control toward the end of the load.

Handball players: accuracy and speed improved after a series of loads

Two high-level athletes performed shuttle running with a ball, jumps, a game-specific test and then a Cooper test. Accuracy was measured not when fresh, but after accumulated load.

+11,5%shot accuracy in the game-specific test
+3,5%speed in the game-specific test
+9,5%distance in the 12-minute Cooper test

Not just running longer. Staying a player for longer.

Training volume

Progress requires load.

You cannot build a strong player by constantly reducing volume. The goal is to keep a higher volume high-quality.

Football · 3 athletes

2833 → 3400 m

Average Cooper-test distance increased by 20%. The 400 m time improved by about 5%, and shuttle-run time by 4%.

Overload and player availability

Many problems do not start with an injury.
They start with fatigue.

When muscle response and coordination decline, technical errors and unwanted compensations increase. For an academy, that means not only overload risk but also lost training days.

We do not promise “zero injuries.” We offer a technology that addresses factors important for a sustainable training process: load tolerance, neuromuscular response and recovery.

What we want to achieve for the academy

1
Less overloadThe player maintains effective work for longer in training.
2
Fewer forced breaksEvery training day preserved contributes to development.
3
Greater player availabilityThe club's goal is not one test, but a stable training process.

Exploded view of the Dot element: 7 technology layers
How the technology works

No electronics.
Only body movement.

Flat elastic elements — Dots — are integrated into the fabric. During movement they create a local mechanical stimulus and continuous sensory feedback at the contact area.

1
Body micro-movementsThe Dot works with the movement of the fabric and body.
2
Local mechanical stimulusGentle localized action without rigid fixation.
3
Mechanotransduction and sensory responseProposed physiological pathway of the technology.
4
Peripheral hemodynamics and neuromuscular responseThese parameters were directly measured in the sports institute study.

The mechanism is a working physiological model. Directly measured effects are kept separate from the proposed explanation of action.

What the academy gets

More development days
in one season.

The value of the technology for a club is not measured by a single test result. It is measured by how consistently a player can perform quality work.

More quality training sessions

Additional work volume without turning every training session into a separate recovery procedure.

Faster recovery

The gear can remain on the player after training and while travelling.

Quality under fatigue

The goal is to preserve coordination, reaction and accuracy deeper into the load.

Zero operational barrier

No equipment, electricity, maintenance or queue for a specialist.

The entire training cycle

One technology.
Before, during and after the load.

The usage scheme is selected according to the player's task and load area. For football, the basic set is thigh bands and calf sleeves.

Animation of Neurodots gear: thigh bands and calf sleeves in action

Flat elements are integrated directly into the fabric. The gear remains soft and does not act as a rigid brace.

Thigh band

Front and back of the thigh. Worn under match shorts, during training, after the load and while travelling.

Calf sleeves

Lower leg and calf muscles. Can be worn under club socks and continued after the load.

Let's see whether the program is a fit for your club.

It is important that the academy has a strength & conditioning coach or physiotherapist who can perform the measurements. Otherwise, the pilot cannot be evaluated properly.

Neurodots Clubs

Talent must not only be found.
It must be protected and developed.

Every quality training session matters. Every missed training day matters. Neurodots adds an extra layer of support that works with the player — during the load and afterwards.
